Thomas Gorman joined Redwood in 2015 and is based out of the Elmsford,
NY office. As a Director at Redwood Realty Advisors, Tom oversees the
transactions of our New York team, and specifically specializes in Rockland
and Westchester County multi-family. Prior to joining Redwood, he was a
Mechanical Estimator in NYC and also worked for the Executive District
Attorney in Rockland County, New York.

In his spare time, Tom stays active weightlifting and studying Tae Kwon Do in
which he currently holds a black belt. He enjoys traveling and has been to
more than three-dozen countries. Tom is an avid sports fan, in particular,
New York Mets and New York Giants. Tom graduated with a Bachelor's
Degree in Finance as well as a Master's Degree in Business Administration
from Manhattan College.
