Kevin McCrann is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Redwood Realty Advisors, a New Jersey–based multifamily brokerage firm. He leads the firm’s investment sales platform across New Jersey, with a focus on advising owners on the disposition & acquisition of multifamily assets. Kevin is known for his hands-on approach, deep market knowledge, and long-standing relationships with owners, operators, and capital partners throughout the region.

Kevin began his real estate career in 2005 with Marcus & Millichap, one of the largest commercial real estate brokerages in the United States, after graduating from Drew University with a degree in Economics and Business Management. During his tenure, he was promoted multiple times and ultimately served as Vice President of Investments and Director of the National Multi Housing Group. In 2007, Kevin partnered with friend and colleague Tom McConnell to form the #1 multifamily team in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office. In 2015, Kevin and Tom co-founded Redwood Realty Advisors with the vision of building a client-centric investment real estate brokerage combining local market expertise with institutional-grade financial modeling and property analyses. In 2019, the partners launched Redwood Capital Advisors and Redwood Property Management to further support Redwood’s growing and increasingly diverse client base. As Redwood expanded into adjacent businesses, Kevin remained solely focused on the multifamily brokerage business. Kevin continues to lead the investment sales team, advising clients and transacting throughout New Jersey.

Kevin has been recognized by numerous industry publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The Star-Ledger, GlobeSt.com, and National Multifamily Housing News, and has brokered transactions honored as “Deal of the Year” by the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Journal. He has also been named one of the Real Estate Forum’s “Tomorrow’s Leaders” in New Jersey and a NJBIZ “Forty Under 40” honoree. Outside of work, Kevin lives in New Jersey with his wife Kaitlin, their two sons and two dogs. He enjoys visiting his family in Oahu, Hawaii, and remains a lifelong, “born-and-raised” New York Giants fan.
