Anthony Asencio is a Director at Redwood Realty Advisors, a vertically integrated commercial real estate company that delivers investment sales, capital advisory, and asset management services. Anthony is based out of the Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey office, where he is focused on commercial real estate investments advisory and sales.

Anthony has more than 15 years of real estate industry experience in business development, originations, and sales, and has represented clients with acquisitions, and dispositions, of investment properties in New Jersey and New York. Throughout his career, Anthony has represented banks, corporations, developers, individual investors, and private equity. His transaction experience includes representation within the industrial, medical office, mixed-use, office, retail, and self-storage asset classes.

Prior to joining Redwood, Anthony was associated with Marcus & Millichap where he was a member of their Office & Industrial Property Group and Healthcare Real Estate Group. Additionally, his past real estate experience includes infrastructure ground lease acquisitions of wireless communications for investment management firms, and acquisitions of Rights-of-Way and Easement Agreements for telecommunications companies. Anthony is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey and New York and is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).
